NTA has shortened the number of attempts. In the first attempt, the students will get an idea of the examination. This will help them to figure out their mistakes which they can improve while attempting for the second time. This will help to reduce the chances of dropping a year, and they would not have to waste an entire year. If anyone missed the examination, they would not have to wait for one entire year. If a student appears in both sessions, NTA will take the best score out of the two attempts.
